Code of Conduct for College Students

  • Respect and Discipline
    Students shall maintain respectful behavior towards faculty, staff, fellow students, and visitors at all times.

  • Regular Attendance
    Students must attend classes, tutorials, labs, and other academic activities regularly and punctually.

  • Academic Integrity
    Plagiarism, cheating in examinations, and other forms of academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

  • Campus Decorum
    Proper conduct and decorum must be maintained on campus. Unruly behavior, violence, or disruption of academic processes will not be tolerated.

  • Dress Code
    Students are expected to dress appropriately and in accordance with the decorum of the institution.

  • Use of Mobile Phones and Gadgets
    The use of mobile phones and electronic devices is restricted in classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and during academic sessions unless permitted by faculty.

  • Substance Abuse
    Possession or consumption of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or any intoxicants on campus is strictly prohibited.

  • Respect for Property
    Students shall take care of college property and avoid any acts of vandalism or damage. Any such damage must be compensated by the offender.

  • Inclusivity and Non-Discrimination
    Students must treat everyone equally regardless of gender, religion, caste, socioeconomic background, or ability.

  • Cyber Conduct
    Students must use the internet and social media responsibly. Posting derogatory or false information about the college or individuals is strictly forbidden.

  • Environmental Responsibility
    Students are encouraged to participate in sustainability initiatives and keep the campus clean and green.

  • Participation and Conduct in Events
    Students are expected to participate in college events and represent the institution with dignity and discipline, whether on or off campus.
