Shaheed Naib Subedar Mohinder Kumar Government College, Behrampur (Bapauli), Panipat has constituted a NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) Committee to facilitate and monitor the apprenticeship programme under the scheme. The college is committed to supporting skill development, vocational training, and capacity building among youth through such programmes.

The committee is responsible for the smooth functioning, supervision, and guidance of the apprentices engaged under the NAPS initiative in the institution.

As part of the college’s active participation in NAPS, presently two apprentices have been engaged in the trade of Stenographer (Hindi): 

1. Ms. Annu –  Stenographer Hindi (Apprentice)

2. Mr. Chintu Kumar –Stenographer Hindi (Apprentice)
